Through e-Samsat, motorized vehicle owners can make it easier to pay the vehicle tax payments online, without the need to come and take care of paperwork and requirements to the Samsat office directly.

e-Samsat system helps the payment of vehicle tax in Jakarta become much easier.

General Conditions

  1. Taxpayer must have same identity number of the vehicle data and the data on the Bank.
  2. The vehicle tax to be paid has not yet reached its maturity date of 1 (one) year.
  3. The payment of e-Samsat is addressed only for annual validation and not for renewal of every 5 years.
  4. Police number can only be extended if it has enter 40 days before the due date.

Other Provisions

  1. Vehicle should be domiciled in Jakarta area
  2. The maximum date of receipt exchange in e-Samsat counter is 30 (thirty) days after the pay date.
  3. If the receipt is lost or does not come out, go to the account opening branch office to create SKET as the substitution of e-Samsat receipt.
  4. Payment through e-Samsat will calculate the progressive tax automatically

There are several ways to pay e-Samsat in Jakarta, which are through Bank DKI and Samsat Digital Nasional.

Payment Methods for e-Samsat Jakarta Through Bank DKI

Through Bank DKI

  1. Taxpayer should have debit card dan same id number (NIK) between vehicle data and data on the bank.
  2. Taxpayer do the payment through Bank DKI channel:
    • ATM (on the e-Samsat menu)
    • EDC and Bank DKI (on the PKB menu)
    • JakOne Mobile (on the e-Samsat menu)
    • JakOne Mobile Pay through Qris
  3. After the payment, bring the receipt and go to the e-Samsat counter. Several options of e-Samsat counters:
    • Samsat Office
    • Samsat Booth
    • Chosen district office
    • Mobile Samsat Car
  4. Validation of vehicle registration certificate (STNK) is finished and the new STNK is made.

Jakarta e-Samsat Payment Method Through SIGNAL

Through SIGNAL

Taxpayer should register on the SIGNAL application (Samsat Digital Nasional) and fulfill the personal as well as motorcycle data.

Registration Method of STNK SIGNAL validation
1. Click the menu "Validation Registration"
2. Choose Motorcycle Vehicle Registration Number or "NRKB" that will be validated
3. Proficiency Certificate (SKK) Payment information and the Compulsory Contribution of Road Traffic Accident Fund (SWDKLLJ) will be shown
4. Slide the "Send the Electronic Proof of Obligations Payment (TBPKP) document" and click "Next"
5. Slide the "Send Electronic Proof of Obligations Payment (TBPKP) document" and click "Next"
6. Input the "Shipping Address" and click "Next"
7. After the "Cost Recap" is shown, click "Next"
8. "Proceed with the Payment Process Notification" will be shown.


After the registration is succeed, continue the payment process.

 

How to pay for Vehicle Registration Certificate (STNK) via SIGNAL

1. Click "Proceed with the Payment Process Notification"
2. Generate "Pay Code" and click "Next"
3. "Payment Method" will be shown and click "Next"
4. Choose one of the bank and click "Next"
5. Pay attention to the payment method and click "Next"
6. Finished, do the payment through the chosen bank.

e-Samsat payment through SIGNAL in DKI Jakarta region can be done from all Himbara Bank (Association of State-Owned Banks) such as Bank Mandiri, Bank BNI. Bank BRI, as well as regional development banks such as Bank DKI.

Payment transaction service can be done from ATM, Mobile Banking, and SMS Banking, in accordance with the provisions and availability of each bank.
